Ahhh! I love hallucinations! Well okay that sounded wrong. I mean they are really amazing things to experience, and even more amazing to induce yourself. When I get into sleep paralysis, I usually just get auditory hallucinations. At first it really scared me because I would hear really loud crawling, dragging, and banging sounds around me. But the more it happened to me, the more I learned to control the voices by imagining them morphing into something else.
I once had a guy's voice talking in my ear in a different language, and it was so scary. I tried to imagine his voice turning into Morgan Freeman. Lmao. It didn't work though. They definitely can be annoying and distracting, but hopefully with more practice and experience, you can learn to use them to your advantage! Good luck.
