      Auditory Hallucinations! >:(

So i finally reached the vibration stage for the second time! The first time i reached it i was too startled to really go with it. This time i just got out of a very vivid dream. I DEILDed but i started to get the vibrations. Soon after i kept thinking about a girl i know. After about 5 seconds. I heard a girl laughing and that threw me completley off my game and i opened my eyes. So close to having my first DEILD. Dang it

I know what you mean, that gets annoying. I swear I heard something like a rattlesnake during mine and I failed to WILD.

I hate the hallucinations xD every time i try a wild i would hear a really random and loud noise that completely wakes me up. I learned that you can controll the noises tho. Just try to think of a cow mooing or something and you will probably hear it.

Ahhh! I love hallucinations! Well okay that sounded wrong. I mean they are really amazing things to experience, and even more amazing to induce yourself. When I get into sleep paralysis, I usually just get auditory hallucinations. At first it really scared me because I would hear really loud crawling, dragging, and banging sounds around me. But the more it happened to me, the more I learned to control the voices by imagining them morphing into something else.

I once had a guy's voice talking in my ear in a different language, and it was so scary. I tried to imagine his voice turning into Morgan Freeman. Lmao. It didn't work though. They definitely can be annoying and distracting, but hopefully with more practice and experience, you can learn to use them to your advantage! Good luck.

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
