I agree with the above sir ^ ....It doesn't take hardly any of your daytime using any method except for MILD and DILD, and even those don't have to take up too much time. It's true that if you did choose to focus on it all day and really dedicate your time to it that you would probably get better results, but that's extremely time-consuming and can be pretty boring. Like cmind said, WILD takes up pretty much none of your daytime once you've learned it. Lucid Dreaming is definitely something you practice, but you practice it when you have a lucid dream, not as part of your daily life. |
