Anyway, here is a link which I think would clear things up for you: (link removed)

Also, when you are in sleep paralysis, do you experience any hallucinations or imagery (images that flash before your eyes along with the sounds)? If you do, then you could use that to make a dream scene which you can enter (with practice of course). If you don't get any imagery, like me since I usually just get audio hallucinations, then you can create and imagine your own scene. You can think about it, and immerse yourself in it. With determination, you can transition into the dream successfully. Good luck!

Thanks for the link, I'll read the page when I have time.

About the SP, when I used to frequently get aware of it, all I can remember is that they would turn into an OBE. As soon as I realised I was in SP I would see the ceiling of my room, then I start hearing some noises and feeling vibrations/force around my body. Then I have to push a bit to be able to "get out" of my body and I could walk around my room/house. Although most of the time I wouldn't leave my room because there was a shadow by the door of the room. This shadow would scare me a lot and force me to wake up which was even worse, making me even more scared.

Last time I tried to get in SP I ended up in an OBE again, but this time instead of trying to get out of the body I tried to relax a bit to see if I could get a LD instead. But I guess I relaxed too much and lost counscious and really fell asleep.

Another thing, that I'm going to try tonight that I used to do.
Before when I was frequently getting aware of SP, *in the middle of the night or before I go to bed I had a glass of milk. I also noticed that when I had it the awareness of SP happened more often.

Ahh, well in my honest opinion, I think OBE's are just a form of lucid dreams. But we can never be sure. It is one of the topics that get discussed and debated over a lot, as many people have contradicting views on it. If you're particularly interested in learning more about them, you can check out the Beyond Dreaming section of the forums. Link here: Beyond Dreaming

As for the sleep paralysis and milk, I have no idea why that could be. Everything has a different effect on everyone, and sadly I haven't experimented with food and sleep paralysis that much. How many times has that happened to you? Perhaps you can experiment with it yourself, one week with milk, and then without milk. And from that, you will know what works best for you.

      See ya around!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
