Hi,
I just found out this forum and I have to tell I'm really happy that I did it.
Although I would like to get some advice or some guidance if possible.
Long time ago I started having lucid dreams even though I had no idea what they were.
I had to stop sleeping on my back because almost all the time I did it I was waking up in the sleep paralysis part and getting really scared of what was happening.
The other day this happened again but I was in a different position so I decided to do some googling and find more info about it.
After getting more information I wanted to try again and get a lucid dream. Last night I tried to get into sleep paralysis but it was harder then before, I guess it's because now I really want to do it. Anyways so I woke up in the middle of the night and tried to fall asleep but stay aware. I succeeded and I got into sleep paralysis and I tried to move, I started hearing some rushing noises and feeling some heaviness so at that time I thought to myself "this is the part where I'm not completely paralysed yet, just have to wait for the noises to go away and then I'll be completely paralysed". Tried to relax a bit but then when I noticed I lost counscious and I woke up like if I was normally sleeping.
About the noises and the heaviness, I read somewhere that we have to let the noises go away and then "get out" of the body. But I'm not sure if this is correct or not.
Also another question is, when we get into sleep paralysis what we do next? What we do to get a lucid dream ?
Thanks
