I have a similar ability to have several naturally occurring lucid dreams every night (check out some of my dream journal entries; I rarely use dream induction techniques. I just fall asleep and the lucid dreams begin.) This has been going on since I was 4 years old and now I'm 18.

Dream manipulation is more advanced and takes a lot of practice to fine tune it to a level where you can freely control all aspects of the dream world. Probably the best way is to incubate the dream prior to sleep, through autosuggestion and use of mental imagery (ie. imagining you are ironman flying around the city and repeating a mantra that affirms this intention). You can also use your inner speech to guide the flow of your dreams. Honestly, lucid dreaming is more of an art than techniques in my opinion. There are no set methods. Have fun experimenting like I always do and most importantly, enjoy and learn from them.
