      Binaural beats

Has anyone tried to LD using binaural beats? Is it possible to WILD or WBTB (or any other method) while listening to a certain frequency? Does it get any easier?

Because binaural beats puts your brain waves pretty much identical to the brain waves experienced during lucid dreaming, yes it does help, especially with techniques such as WILD as it makes the HI and sleep paralysis come on faster.

I've tried it. I've found that binaural beats help me become more relaxed to accepting surrounding sounds as I fall asleep. Now, I kind of tell myself mentally "these sounds are part of my dream", and I can drift off a little faster.

If you believe in them, they can work wonders with confindence and relaxation.

For the last two weeks I've tried sleeping while listening to Theta binaural beats and I can say for sure that you wake up more relaxed. I will try tonight to WILD. First time... I hope I'll succeed.
