Try MILD. It's pretty easy and has a fairly good success rate and will help you get relaxed while you fall asleep. What you do is as you fall asleep repeat a mantra in your head about lucid dreaming, something like, "I will become lucid tonight" or whatever you want to accomplish. If you want to just fall asleep normally and quickly, though, try meditating before you fall asleep. Don't start at the time you would normally go to sleep though, start like 20 minutes earlier so you have time to meditate without losing any sleep. Say you normally go to bed at 10:00, try meditating at like 9:40 or 9:30. Do it for 20-30 minutes then just fall asleep normally. You should be much more relaxed and have an easier time actually falling asleep. |
