It's hard for me to stay up for less as I already only stay up for 10 minutes. Surely staying up for even less will mean a useless WBTB that doesn't work? |

Than try just getting up and getting a drink of water or something, after that you really can't stay up much less. Also try exercising or something like vinny said. Or you can try listening to binaural beats in your wake back to bed. |
