Hypnagogic WILD, what am I doing wrong?

Ok, so I lay there on bed at my usual sleeping time and observe my Hypnagogia indirectly like you're supposed to and sometimes my eyes twitch uncontrollably. Why isn't this working? I don't want to hear "You have to wake up then wait an hour then go back to sleep" because some people don't have time to waste that many hours just for about 4 minutes of LDing. I want to do it when I go to bed. Is my eyes twitching a problem? But when I get them to stop twitching I usually just sit on my bed motionless for like an hour and I still haven't fell asleep but deeply relaxed to where I could. I also have what I'd call "24-hour Hypnagogia" where I can always see the Hypnagogic Field of vision only it's more dynamic and vivid when I'm tired. Do I need to meditate before sleeping or do I REALLY REALLY have to do the WBTB technique?

You and I are the same. You can try to use a night mask (I'm having a blackout and can't remember the name lmao) because the little pressure on your eyelids usually keep them shut. Sometimes you just have to get really tired. I haven't tried meditating for this problem but it might work. Oh and I sometimes lie on my side (you might want to be on your back to get into SP faster) and have one of my eyes on my pillow to keep it shut and usually the other stays shut too. Sorry if I didn't give much!

I would definitely try meditating before bed for this problem. What you can also try is performing wild while listening to binaural beats or beforehand. You can also try exercising before bed as that will make you very tired Good luck!
