I got dream blindness for first time.

I recently had short LD where I couldn't see anything. I didn't tried opening eyes because I thought I will wake up. So it was kinda interesting. Now how could get rid of dreams blindness?

I think they can be pretty random, and when they do happen, you have to open your eyes, and think and believe that you will see the dream. As for avoiding having them in the first place, I would suggest doing some mantras before bed, such as "i'm seeing the dream", or something along those lines.

Sight is one of the first senses that go blurry when the dream destabilizes. I've become blind several times and still felt my body in the dream. If that happens try touching the things around you, hopefully you'll stabilize the dream and you can keep on enjoying the lucid.
