      spectating my dreams ?

so in most of my dreams like 9 out of 10 i always am just spectating the dream like from above like i see everything happening i could be in my dream but i cant control my self i just watch everything so when i try to like look at my hand to see if this is a dream i cant because i already know its a dream but i cant do anything about it i just watch the dream knowing it is a dream

for example today i dreamt that i was watching over a wedding and i saw myself in the wedding sitting but i couldn't do anything about it i knew it was a dream yet i was just watching the wedding .

so if anybody can help and tell me how to actually be a part of your dream not just watch over your dream cause it really annoying just to watch my dreams knowing their dreams but i cant do anything about it. please help

The dreams you describe is called a third person dream and happens to most people, but not as often as you describe usually. When your in this state and see your self in the dream, try zooming foward and merge with your self. Its kind of like possesing your dream character. I suspect you can do this with any dream character also. Hope this helps!

the problem is that this happens very often and today when i saw that my character was going to the toilet i taught that was my chance to try and merge with him then i tried to focus on him but instead of controlling him i was just very close to him that i woke up.

I would love to have this kind of dreams!
In the first place, I wouldn't try to merge with any DC. I would explore around, that would be really fun for me. Being something like a ghost, definitively I would play the role!

Most of my dreams are in third person view, but the most common is switching between third and first person
in the same dream;I had a lucid dream that it was switching between both views, but it was very quick.

If I know it's a dream. I would try to speak in the first place, then I would focus if I'm able to hear my own thoughts. If so, I would ask my dreaming mind for a meaning. Something like "Why is it happening?" then I would go on asking about what should I do. I would ask for those meanings while I'm lucid.

Can you move your arms at all? I only ask because I dream in 3rd person a lot, it's actually what tells me I'm dreaming. I know this is totally weird, but after I RC I pinch my nose and boom...I'm no longer the viewer I'm in charge. I don't know if this will help you, but think of something like pinching your nose...crossing your fingers, pursing your lips, just something that will be your trigger. Think about it a lot while you're awake before you go to bed. When you LD it will hopefully be a natural response for you and you'll be able to control your dream. If you try it please let me know if it works.

When I have third person dreams, what I do is "close" my dream eyes, and imagine that when I reopen them, I am in my body, and that it will be in first person view. Took me a while to successfully do this, but this seems to work easily for me now. It was the only thing that worked for me among many things I tried. You can give it a try, and see if it works for you. Really imagine and believe that it will work, this is the important part. Be careful though, it's not highly recommended to close your dream eyes because you might end up waking up irl when you reopen them.

      Good luck! Sweet dreams

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

I think what you should do is materialize your body. No visualization should be necessary because you know what you look like which means if you just 'try' to move your arm it should instantly appear. Then move your legs, etc. You should instantly have a body. Basically to sum it up, become self aware.
