I know the amount of lucid dreams per week are different for everyone. But I was wondering if I keep doing reality checks, keep myself motivated, practising ADA, keep writting in my Dream Journal and all the things you need for MILD/DILD. Is it possible I can become a consistent lucid dreamer after 5 years. Like atleast have 1 MILD/DILD everynight? I know no one can tell for sure. But maybe some people got an idea what my chances are. I got my first LD after 10 weeks by the way. ~Crashy |

I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.

Of course you can! After about 1 year I was up to one every other night but then I took a break for like 6 months and it dropped down to like one every other week. As of right now it's still a little low (1/week) but I'm slowly rebuilding . The harder you try the more dreams you will have so it all depends on how much you work at it though it will take some time to build up. (not 5 years though, only a couple ) |
