I'm confused about the lucidity of my dream...?

I think I got it after I tried to DEILD. I'm going to explain everything so it will be long.

I set an alarm but my body woke up naturally (not sure if before or after the alarm) and since this was late las night I can't remember much like if I moved or anything but I just remember tryin to visualize a dream scene. I found the easiest thing to visualize would be me in my kitchen because that was the last place I was. I visualized but I think I eventually fell asleep. So, my dream started and I was in my kitchen haha. I found that my sister is in most of my dreams so whenever I see her I do a reality check. I guess that's how I remembered to do one in that dream (I checked my fingers). So I realized I was dreaming. I did all of the stabilization techniques I could remember (spinning, feeling the environment) once I felt comfortable. I walked around. Thing is, I don't remember walking. It felt more like teleporting 2 feet like in a regular dream. I tried to get out of the house but for some reason, it was night outside and that forbid me from going out... Idk but I tried spinning to teleport but all it did was change the walls to a green color. I tried diving into the floor but all that happened was I hit my fingers hard on the floor and hurt my hip because I fell sideways into my counter. It only hurt for a second obviously but it was a terrible second. The rest of the dream was just a blur. I'm really confused about the lucidity of this dream because throughout, I was checking dreamviews.com like i normally would and then after I got off the computer I was in my lucid dream state of mind again. I also remember having a conversation with my mom that felt like a regular dream conversation. I remembered the conversation in my lucid state of mind and thought it meant that I was losing consciousness so I just spun more and felt around. I think I just gave up and lost consciousness. I can't remember any other dreams from last night. Also, for some reason, I forgot to try to fly again! I know it might not have done me much good since I was in my house but maybe it could've gotten me out. I seem to forget a lot of things in my lucid dreams. So any help or explanations would be appreciated!

Well it was probably not a Deild as you fell alseep and you only gained lucidity after you saw so your sister. Therefore it was more likely a Dild (Mild maybe, I suppose you did have the intention to LD). It is common for Dild's to be blurry, short or in general of bad quality and lucidity to beginners. Just keep trying and practising stablization.
