hi everyone

well for the past week right i go to sleep but as im sleeping its like im kind of aware i am dreaming like i am wake. like i keep thinking im not getting any sleep because i think i know i am dreaming? like i dont feel tired really throughout the day im just not 100% sure like before i go to sleep my brain goes in random thinking mode and then i kind of start to dream and im ware of it most of the night.

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. When this happens, are you aware that you are dreaming?

yeah kind of. i mean last night i had sleep paralasys like it was very hard to move and such while i was having a weird dream like someone near me wanted me to come with them but i was in sleep paralasys and was very hard to get out of it

That sounds like hypnagogic hallucinations, if you're awake and in sleep paralysis.

Were you opening your real eyes at this time? And where was the setting of the dream? As what fennecgirl said, it sounds like sleep paralysis hallucinations. Since your body is asleep and your mind is awake, you tend to see hallucinations while you also feel your physical body being paralyzed.
