      Need Help Stabilizing My Dreams

Hey, I've been LD for about 3 weeks and had about 6 LD and only 1 or 2 of them were fully lucid and controllable. However now I have gotten more into lucid dreaming my LD are becoming less stable. For example last night I realised I was dreaming however I was in a minecraft looking world and I was convinced it was normal. Also I reached space for the first time but it was all pixilated and blurry, yet I still acted as if it was usual. Also when moving to differant locations there were loading screens between... So is there any way of simply revert every thing to how it should be and to get in with my dream. Thanks

I think you should go with the flow, and 2 dreams isn't that many really. Just keep on trying and know that in time you'll have longer, more stable and vivid dreams. Try activating your senses more to stay in the dream once lucid, but remember to do it casually and don't have the mindset: "Gotta stabilize, or I'll wake up!" because that'll only wake you up. Good luck!

Maybe you've just been playing a lot of video games lately? I'm not saying there is anything wrong with that, but maybe it would help to do something interesting in real life? If you want your dreams to be more vivid, take some time to slow down and pay attention to the details in real life. Maybe go for a walk in a beautiful setting, or sit in the park and do some sketching? Find something that forces you to be interested in your surroundings.
