I've recently come to realize the power of WBTB it's literally the most useful thing I have learned about LD so far albeit 100 ld isn't man but still. It's amazing before I used to practice ADA and got about 2 a week then I started telling myself to wake up after every dream one night got up stretched when back to bed and said "okay your gonna see your hands in your dreams Eoghan and if you don't who cares". Fell asleep literally a 10 minutes later could see my hands. Lately I'm doing wbtb plus wild and mild it's much more effective than ADA for me but everyone is different and after a while ADA is just a bother for me personally. Another thing is not to focus to hard on LD as the say don't worry about the destination just enjoy the journey. You may LD tonight and if you don't so what you have literally 1000's of other chances 10000's even seeing as we dream like 5 times a night. Well just a bit of advice but that's all it is. I know WBTB is basic and a lot of you will be like WBTB no sir not for me but just try it for a month or less it will work.
