      thought manifestation

      Had my second lucid last night in only two weeks I've been trying, getting pretty excited I'm getting some where, but last night as I was portal jumping from scene to scene when one time reminded me of dinosaurs. I didn't want them to show up because it was dark so you couldn't see them and well they're dinosaurs, but I thought they'd show jus because they were on my mind. I guess I over thought it and woke up. My question is, does anyone else have this problem? Can thoughts manifest themselves, or do you have to want it to see it?

      I seem to have had this problem once in a non-lucid where i was in this weird place that didn't seem right and I was hoping I wasn't going to get attacked, and of course I did.. I'm not sure if it happens all the time, or if it works the same in Lucids, but I think it may be possible.. but with practise you should be able to immediately go back to how you want it to

      It's basically thought energy, the more you focus on thinking that the likelihood that something will happen, it will eventually happen. All you have to do is know that it may be possible, but you can shift your focus towards something you want, and what you don't want will gradually cease to exist.

      I had a lot of problems in my non-lucids where I would be hiding inside some building, getting to a dead-end with guards aiming their guns at me, and doing all sorts of things to escape, but there were cases where I just stopped, thought about it being something else, and it usually ended up that the paranoia was just the problem.

      Just focus on what it is that you want and how it will feel when you reach it, people tend to focus on what they don't want because they're trying to avoid it. They keep thinking about it, worrying about it, and forget the first intention. Good luck
