      In my first lucid everything felt like it was moving and changing all the time...very vivid

      Most of my lucid dreams differ from other dreams in that I really feel I 'am there' as opposed to just watching a movie. Some have beem better than reality...not more realistic, as the world of dreams are so different... but as real seeming.
