      No Feeling in my Dreams, and Dream recall going away

      I remember In my first LD, when I became lucid I couldn't feel the ground under me as I was walking, and I didn't have much control over myself. And In my normal dreams it seems that I'm not moving around myself but something is moving me.
      Is there a way to make my dreams more realistic? because in my dreams they are fairly blurry or dark and I dont remember being able to hear anything or feel much of anything.

      Also I havn't been able to recall a single dream lately to, and I stay awake with my eyes closed trying to think of what happens, but I can only remember my dream if I "watch it".

      tryin gettin some Vitamin B6...i had some fun with that...way vivid dreams...like i could so clear every word when i a girl whispered in my dream "I know who you are, i just dont want them to know that i know you"--long story---and also i in the same dream when i had to take a retainer out right before i was about to get laid---another long story---but i could feel SO REAL like it was in real life, it was wicked....

      that may help you out until you get ur feet back on the ground..but do not take it everday, take it maybe 2 or 3 times a week..then rest...

      Yea, they should have OTHER ways of making dreams vivider.

      I'm only 13, so I can't ask my mom for B6. She would think I'm crazy. Carzy as hell. I already told her I had a lucid dream ( I asked her if she ever had one, I didn't tell her I wanted one, she thinks it was random) she has vitamens with B6 in them, I might take some of that later....I should ask though....

      *shrug*

      Try NST. Ask your subconious to give you vivid dreams;

      or just improve your dream recall. Maybe your dreams will get slowly more vivid.

      Well that is true....now if we take out the Vitamin B6 aspect..i would just try to take notice of your Surroundings...like in real life..look at things no one would really look at and notice the feeling you get and why you got it..if you see your friend/friends in real life pay attention to how they make you feel when you are around them, cuz if you see them in your dream you can remember that they made you feel a certain way when you were awake--maybe causing you to realize you are dreaming as well...

      Just simply ask for more Realism in your dreams...like when you are layin down in bed, just be like "I want more realistic dreams" or start reading poetry or a book, to stir up ur imagination, cuz i know when i always read a book, i always get a mental image of what is going on in the book in my head...

      I guess that is really all i can give you put im sure there are plenty of more people with more ideas..so i wish you luck
