      That is strange. You don't sweat during normal dreams? Does it feel like you are overheating, or overstressing?

      I don't see any way that the sweating could be related to being lucid in your dream. It has to be coincidence, or something you are doing differently in your life.

      Is it cold sweats? or are you hot? are you eating something different? ingesting anything differently? stressing more? It could be many things, but I just highly doubt it has anything to do with lucid dreaming.
