      Increased dream recall.

my dream recall has been pretty decent but it has been inconsistent. Ive only had 2 lucid dreams so far and they were very short lived. I think I might be on to something and it probably has been said on here before the past few nights I looked up rem cycle sleep and found when I would be in rem sleep. I set up 3 alarms that would alert me at the end of the cycle to wake up write down the dream and go back to sleep. So far I have remembered 3 dreams a night but I have not attained lucidity in any of them. Im going to keep using this technique but I am wondering is there something I should change to increase my potential for lucidity? I thought maybe set my alarms a little earlier to wake me up as rem sleep begans and perform a Deild. What do you guys think I can do to improve my chances of attaining lucidity?

You are remembering plenty of dreams a night so no need to change that. As for technique I'd say just keep with MILD for a month at least, familarize with the dream world, the best way to learn how to DEILD is by knowing you will wake up at the end of a lucid dream. So next time you do have a DILD try sustain it until it collapses and then try DEILD.

As for Alarm time should I set it before I would go into rem sleep or after?

Preferably during the rem sleep, but to be honest it seems to make little difference when you actually wake up. While it's better to time it, it probably won't make too much of a difference. I go to sleep at different times everysingle night and can always a remember a dream when I wake up.

Just keep doing what you are doing, it will improve Smile

Remembering full dreams is difficult though, i remember large parts at most.. or roughly what happened but with a lot important details (but can't remember why they were important).

If you are trying to remember more than one dream, it becomes even harder to remember full dreams. Dreams that you had in the beginning of the night, probably will have to make space for remembering dreams that you get later on.

Waking up after a few dreams (keeping your eyes closed etc.) and recalling your dreams two times (or atleast the important things) might help you remember dreams that you had earlier in the night.
