seems like the most frequent dryspells occur when not DJing or not getting enough sleep. If you are not getting 7-8, It can hinder you.
If you are only getting 5 a night, then lets say after 3 weeks or a month your body is more tired than ever (maybe just mentally tired, which a lot of people don't notice). Then you sleep for the same amount, but with less consciousness. A tired body and an active mind are good for LDing!
Very Basics LDing:
DJ
get enough sleep
If you do both of these, then I don't know what to do. Listen to Gab and MasterMind. People seem to skip out on the fundamentals after they have a few LDs.
Sweet Dreams!
