      Question Was I Lucid?

      Hello guys.

Last night I had a dream where achieve lucidity. I did that things like, creating new buildings from scratch. I also used some techniques to control and prolong dreams as RUBING my hands. Despite being lucid in the dream I do not remember doing a reality check or have seen one dream sign that has called my attention and thus have achieved lucidity. The rest of the dream I remember quite well since I wrote three and a half pages in my dreams journal.

My doubt is as if I can not remember the moment wich i hit lucidity if was i lucid or not. This is normal to happen?

I am trainning my dream recall at some time now but I just started training MILD a week ago.

      Yo.
It really depends on if you were aware that you are dreaming at that period or not, it is possible to know that you are in dream without doing reality checks or such, but i would still recommended to do one anyway for dream stability . Control is as well not a sign of being lucid, as there can be dreams where it looks like you have control, but it's really just normal dream, so as i said, awareness is the sign.
So if you were aware, congrats on LD, if you were not, don't give up and soon you will reach it .

The really basic of lucid dreaming is basically to realise you're dreaming when you're dreaming, so if you realised you're in a dream, then well done you are lucid!

It's okay not to use reality checks or dream signs to gain lucidity, those are things that help you to achieve lucidity but it's not a necessary to use it if you're comfortable with your own ways.

I think you were lucid as well. As long as you knew you were dreaming, then it was lucid. It is normal to have spontaneous lucids where you don't really know the exact moment you got lucid. Sometimes, it happens gradually, and you slowly gain awareness without noticing.

      Congrats!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
