Hi guys,

So I have been experiencing this for quite a while now, I use The WBTB method, 7 hours of sleep, 15 minutes awakning-time since it works very well for me. I do not keep a dream journl simply because I'm just too lazy.
I've gotten lucid dreams everytime I perform a WBTB after those 7 hours of sleep, however they are not consistent. They only last for a couple of seconds (at least of what I experience it)

Realizing I am dreaming itself I don't have a big problem with, During my sleep after performing the WBTB method I easily find that I am dreaming, then instead of just observing my own dream I kind off "fade" into my own body. After that I become lucid, however not for a very long time. Either I just don't know what to do and the dream slowly fades into blackness or I just do something which lasts for a couple of seconds and later results in blackness. Sometimes I get back to the dream I had after being in the blackness for a couple of seconds but it doesn't last for more than a few seconds. It ends with me observing (sometimes now even that) my dreams knowing that I am dreaming but just not well enough. I try to perform reality checks during the lucid dream to increase my lucidity but nothing works, not even spinning around. I also get several lucid dreams during this process but non which lasts for a longer time. It feels like a big waste of lucid dreams, and also very irritating for that matter.

Oh btw, I find myself calm and focused in the dreams, at least of what I remember, might not be the case.
