      Is it possible to have bodyguards to protect you in a lucid dream

      I hope this question isn't stupid but I've been thinking about it...

      Why would you need them? If you just believed you were the best fighter ever, then you could kick ass, and you there's no need for bodyguards anyway. Plus I don't think it would be possible to have bodyguard DC's follow you everywhere, because they wouldn't show up in every dream.

      it depends on what is happening in your dream. what are you afraid of? how do you manage the fear of what is happening? if you need bodyguards to protect you. how do you know they will be able to? know what i mean? its all based on belief and what you "think" will happen.

      Bodyguards? That might lead to some fun dreaming. Being creative is one great asset to a dreamer's arsenal.

      Theoretically, bodyguards are possible. It just depends on the mindset you inhibit while entering the dreaming state. You can do ANYTHING in a dream, so bodyguards aren't impossible. Hell, once in a dream, I snapped my fingers, said ex-girlfriend, and VOILA! She was there! Think, in an LD, ANYTHING is possible if you imagine it.
      Do not try and bend the spoon--that's impossible. Instead only try and realize the truth...there is no spoon. Then you will see that it is not the spoon that bends
