It depends on your question. If you mean learning to drive in the LD so you will know how to drive IRL, then no. Obviously real driving is set of specific rules, so you must learn them while awake.

If you mean learn to summon and opperate vehicles inside an LD, then yes. I have sometimes choosen to play with vehicles, but being able to teleport and fly make it less interesting. I sometimes drive vehicles just for fun. You can pretty much do anything in a dream you have witnessed IRL. I like jet skis, motor boats and great big trucks.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

I meant for a LD xD. It seems fun because ive always wanted to go over speed limits and have police chases knowing it isnt real .

Great! Well not only will you be able to go really fast and get chased with no consequences, you can also do crazy stuff like jump the car over canyons, or make it transform into a different vehicle mid-chase.

That sounds awesome! and one more question for you. Is it possible to constantly imagine a something while trying to fall asleep and then have LD on it?

I become lucid in cars a lot. I normally fly off with it and go skydiving. Try and stop myself right before I hit the ground.

Anything is possible in lucid dreams, however I don't think you grasp the fundamentals of controlling lucid dreams. Actions in dreams have more to do with believing than knowing. In order to drive a car, you need to believe that the car will move with whatever input you give it, whether it be pushing a gas pedal or yelling commands and directions at it, rather than actually knowing the inner workings of the vehicle. Everything in your dream responds to your thoughts. Flying cars hoooo!

It is possable to influance a dream by thinking about things as you fall asleep. It is a good way to remember what you wanted to try. It is often called dream incubation. If you search for that term, I am sure you will find cool threads about it.
