      Very Frustrating Problem

Hey guys, I have a very frustrating problem. I started with LD around a month ago. Have not yet had my first.. But I've had very good dream recall, but from the last three nights I can not remember anything. Is it normal to have such periods? what's this? Thanks

Oh, no worries. That's normal. Recall fluctuates sometimes for no apparent reason, sometimes from stress, changed schedule, or pretty much anything else. As long as your recall is good on other days, you will be fine.

Keeping a dream journal certainly helps with recall, if you need to make it better.

Remember DDreamer that is easy to think last night I sleeped and remembered my dreams, but the other night I sleeped and didn't remember any dreams.

And then ask why is that? The answer is that you did so much more than just sleeping, every night is a different night, and you should learn from it.

Think about what changes you did, the night you remembered dreams you might have been falling asleep in a much calmer matter, or perhaps it was an earlier bedtime etc.

I thought in this way in my early days of lucid dreaming and I came up with this idea: http://www.dreamviews.com/f15/if-you...ams-try-93005/

But remember that it's not something that will MAKE you remember your dreams, it's a tool that will HELP you teach yourself remember your dreams.

I hope that it can help you get back on track again. Sweet (remembered) dreams!

Heyyo is it sad that I think of double d when I see your name.

I was wondering what good recall is to you. Here is a link that can help you with some more tips for recall:

I have 1 night a month that I just don't remember anything. I am hoping to cut that out in 2013.
