Need a little help with SP

      Hi! I've got some questions
      1. Last night, I tried inducing SP by lying on back, breathing in and out ,and visualizing. I'm not sure if it was SP or not. My body was itching really bad and my body felt a little numb, is that SP or not?
      2. What's the best way to induce SP?
      3. When I reach SP what do I do from there? How do I enter LD?
      4. When you're doing SP do you carry your consciousness with you?
      5. Can you post guide on how to transition from SP to LD?
      6. I've tried MILD but when I repeat the mantras I usually fall asleep. When I enter the dream, I'm not lucid.
      7. Is there anyway to improve RCs? Because I pretty much do RCs throughout the day when seeing something unusual, but I never do RCs when I'm asleep.
      8. What's a good mantra to use? I use "I am dreaming" but it hasn't been working so far.
      9. How long did it take you to get your first lucid dream? I'm on the 4th day and still no sign of LD.
      10. What are some useful links to follow?
      11. Is there another technique I can use that doesn't require getting up in the middle of the night? (My alarm clock is very loud and I don't want to wake anyone up) Also, is there any way to tell time inside a dream?
      12. Where can I find a lot of information about DGs?
      13. Is it possible to make your DG appear to you in every dream and make you lucid?
      14. What's the funnest thing you like to do in a dream?
      15. What's your favorite ice cream flavor (Mine's turtle )

Sorry if this too much, I'm a noob at LD xD

Thank you for taking the time to read this! (and hopefully answering)

No. Not SP. SP is when you can't move at all, you are paralysed.

      2. What's the best way to induce SP?
You don't need SP to lucid dream. Please read WILD (sageous) tutorial.

      3. When I reach SP what do I do from there? How do I enter LD?

      5. Can you post guide on how to transition from SP to LD?
If by SP you mean paralysis, as the above tutorial will show you, don't need this extra step to WILD. Here is an article about sensations that you may/may not get as you falling asleep and how to use them to get into WILD. Sensations and types of entry into WILD.

      6. I've tried MILD but when I repeat the mantras I usually fall asleep. When I enter the dream, I'm not lucid.
      Keep trying

      7. Is there anyway to improve RCs? Because I pretty much do RCs throughout the day when seeing something unusual, but I never do RCs when I'm asleep.
When doing RCs during day, you really have to believe that you are dreaming at that time. Check out the RC+Awareness part. Collection of techniques... DILD

      8. What's a good mantra to use? I use "I am dreaming" but it hasn't been working so far.
Depending on what you want to achieve - lucidity with DILD, or to keep your mind aware for a WILD.

      9. How long did it take you to get your first lucid dream? I'm on the 4th day and still no sign of LD.
Keep your enthusiasm, read tutorials I linked you and anything else you find on DV and you will succeed.

      10. What are some useful links to follow?
      DV Wiki
      DV Academy

      11. Is there another technique I can use that doesn't require getting up in the middle of the night? (My alarm clock is very loud and I don't want to wake anyone up) Also, is there any way to tell time inside a dream?
      DILD

      12. Where can I find a lot of information about DGs?
this has been discussed in some threads, check them out
Lots of questions, so my answers were brief. But please do start by reading the linked tutorials and post questions about what's not clear. Or feel free to join one of the DV academy classes.

And don't worry, you'll be LDing in no time, but it will require some work from you. Happy dreams
