There's a couple threads here on B6, even some that are ongoing, check out this Lucid Aids forum section.

As for the book, i recently finished it myself. It has a lot of information that was really good, some that is less relevant today as techniques are a little different today (in my experience). All in all the book's a great read if you're new to lucid dreaming

After 2 months of searching online I finally started getting lucid dreams after reading it. I found it amazing. It wasn't for another 2 months or so that I found this site. That also jumped up my amount of lucids. I don't take supplements, so I dunno about the second one.

Oh! You can get almost all the information in that book on here or other websites, but I think that the way the book is written with the great ideas of what to so in your first few dreams and what can keep you motivated is indeed worth it.

I didn't think it was great but that is probably since I had already familiarized with everything on the site. In the end it was still a comprhenesive and great book for beginners. I would have liked if he placed some more emphasize on awareness and intent and the vital role they play in lucid dreaming.

I'm currently reading it right now, I'm around 100 pages in and I can say that it is very interesting. Most of the things I am familiar with, but it is nice to read about how the discoveries of a lot of the methods came about and their ties with Eastern history. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I am enjoying it

I agree with raptor, after having read the success stories and all the technique guides written by users for Dreamviews, I did not feel the book was as splendid as some made out to be. I see lucid dreaming as more as an art and Laberge attempts to convey it as more of a scientific perspective. Not to criticize his work, however, I believe that the book is more suited to people that have not had the vast resources we have had at Dreamviews and/or other lucid dreaming communities, and/or the experience.

I think his book is great even tho its bit old now but if it wasn't for that book places like DVs probably wouldn't exist!!!

I'm in the middle of reading a new book on lds called 'are you dreaming?' Which imho i prefer as its more modern, like it even mentions dream views! It also has a bit about b6 in it OP and says to be careful as it could cause damage and may actually not even be true that its good for lding.

I think LaBerge did a good job writing the book. It's a great source for beginner's and explains everything well. As for the B12, a lot of people have success with it and report it increases their dream vividness. It certainly has helped me!

I really think that if more people read that book they would realize how much they actually should sleep and that they need to keep a DJ, especially for the first few months.
