There is no required position. You should go to sleep in your normal, most comfortable position. Especially for MILD, by the time you have lucid dream, couple of hours after you have fallen asleep, you have most likely already changed position anyway. |

Best position for lucid dreaming varies from person to person, for me i had most of my lucid dreams while semi-sitting in the bed. Just try out various ones and find out which one works the best. |

Comfortable position for me is laying sideways. But in that position the tehnique doesn't have any effect. |
