      RC during the day

      Hi.

When I'm doing my RC during the day, should I be annoyed when I pass?
Should I be constantly hoping it to fail?
Or is it just a check?

Nearly a week in now, dream recall getting better, still the one LD on the first night of trying, but still enjoying it!

You should expect to fail it and realise you're dreaming. That's why you have to be critical, you don't have to be annoyed. A week is nothing really, but keep up the good work! You'll see more and more improvement as the weeks go by.

I like to expect it to fail and to visualize becoming lucid right then and there. Take like 30 seconds to visualize stabilizing and then going on to your goal. Then continue with your day.
