Just repeating was not enough... Typing out is the thing!

I was struggling to recall my dream goals properly in lucid dream for quite a while, and today i finally had success!

The whole time i was just rereading my dream goals from todo list from time to time and repeating them in mind during WILD attempts and before going to sleep, that was apparently not enough and my dream self was forgetting the goals for the most part, even stabilization, and occasionally remembering single thing. Yesterday before going to WILD nap i was typing something on my PC, and guess what, it affected the dream i had during nap(it was non-lucid though).

Today i decided to try actually typing out the dream goals and possible stuff todo when in dream right before WILD nap, memorizing it, and then repeating it during the WILD attempt. And it worked out perfectly! I managed to recall alot of stuff that i needed after getting into dream.

So if anyone having trouble recalling goals and stuff in the lucid dream, feel free to try this out.

Writing my intentions in my DJ before gong to sleep is the most powerful method I've found for remembering things in the dream.

Glad you found something that works for you! I generally don't have these issues. I thought of a new goal last night, and managed to remember to do it in my lucid this morning. But i didn't get t do it because it was ridiculously short, i deild'ed, but then my alarm went off... Woot.
