Hello Jessica. Tell us more about them. How do they start out? What happens in them? Most of the time, it is more beneficial for the dreamer to face the nightmare and talk to it, try to understand it. That way, they realize what the root of the nightmare is, and get rid of it.

If you want, you can post your dream in the Nightmares and Recurring Dreams to have more helpful replies

      Good luck

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

I agree with paigeyemps, we need some information to get to the root of the problem, have you looked around the dream control sub-forum? have you ever tried to fight back in your nightmares?
