      Sleep Paralyses

      Hey guys, not really any point to this post here, I'm just wondering why people are afraid of sleep paralyses. I always see these post of people saying "help I'm to scared in sleep paralyses" and stuff like that. Personally, I like SP and somewhat look forward to it just because it's such a different feeling. It feels so unreal.

      These are just my thoughts on SP, what do you guys think of it? Are you scared of it, or do you embrace it?

      I never used to like it as I am very claustrophobic and its horrendous for me. I used to get it all the time but never knew it was good for LD until recently lol

      I think people experience it differently, some say they feel something present in the room with them or something bearing down on their chest

      First time I heard about sleep paralysis I was scared too, but it happens to me maybe once or twice. It's not scared at all. It's just a little bit unconfortable when you feel difficult to breath like something pushing on your chest. But if you are aware of fact that this probably is SP you want be so scared. After a moment I can't barely remember that. Partly I was feeling like this was kind of bad dream and nothing more.
