What to do when you don't have a body

What do you do when you're fully lucid, but you have no body and you're watching it from a scope or a surveillance camera? This can be a little annoying since RCs, TOTM/TOTYs, and other things can't be accomplished without some kind of physical body. Has anyone surmounted this or know what to do when you don't have a body?

Try creating one using one of transformation techniques or if it's too hard for you try possessing/controlling an DC. Haven't tried that personally though(most of my lucid dreams start as false awakenings), and that's just what i would have done in that case.

Just imagine your body there. Summon it. Turn the viewpoint around to your body and expect to jump right into it. Unzoom from where you were and back to your body. You just need to use dream control to do it. Which TOTM needs a body? Using telekinesis or telepathy in dream can replace arms and voice. You are already seeing and hearing without a body, why not touching and talking?

well I become lucid without rc's and all that, I just know I'm dreaming naturally, also since I'm lucid, I can create a body. It can either be a surrogate third person, or materialized from my perspective into the scene (create the body around my minds eye). if it's a scope or camera, phase through the view like a portal, with a camera you might have to shift from the 2nd dimension into the 3rd.

When I don't have a body in a lucid, I simply possess a dream character. Like, I'm some sort of bodiless entity right? And i am watching the dream in the third person perspective. So i choose a dream character and try to "zoom in" to him/her. Quite a weird feeling when you transition into it though. Lol. Works great actually. Try it some time!
