There are some foods that may improve dreams - I think apples and bananas are among them, but I may be wrong. There are some foods that increase your chance of nightmares, especially hard to digest foods. However, nightmares may increase your chance of lucid dreaming, being so different from waking life that they may be easier to recognize as just dreams for some people - that was my experience years ago that nightmares helped me get lucid. I have read that it's a good idea to drink plenty of fluid to make sure not to be dehydrated, and apple juice is a good drink to help improve dreaming. |

I agree, it would depend on what kind of food you're eating. Try not to eat too much though. I personally eat some bananas and drink apple juice before bed. They're rich in b6 which makes dreams more vivid, and the fluid helps me get up naturally to go to the bathroom, so I use that time to do a WBTB. |
