Would my lucid dream chances decrease if i eat before go sleep?

Most of times i have this habit, going to eat before going to sleep, like a little snack.
Would this affect my lucid dream chances?

There are some foods that may improve dreams - I think apples and bananas are among them, but I may be wrong. There are some foods that increase your chance of nightmares, especially hard to digest foods. However, nightmares may increase your chance of lucid dreaming, being so different from waking life that they may be easier to recognize as just dreams for some people - that was my experience years ago that nightmares helped me get lucid. I have read that it's a good idea to drink plenty of fluid to make sure not to be dehydrated, and apple juice is a good drink to help improve dreaming.

I agree, it would depend on what kind of food you're eating. Try not to eat too much though. I personally eat some bananas and drink apple juice before bed. They're rich in b6 which makes dreams more vivid, and the fluid helps me get up naturally to go to the bathroom, so I use that time to do a WBTB.

Check out the subforums under Lucid Aids to have an idea of what kinds of food are preferable before bed.

      Good luck!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

I'm loving these liquid ideas. I never drink before going to bed, roll on the Apple Juice and Milk!
