After reading up on Sageous' guide to WILD. I stumbled across ADA which I have been doing for some time. The only problem I have is that I'm not understanding the actual reason for it. I feel like when I do it, it doesn't feel like its helping anything. When I reality check I get this feeling of 'what if I really am dreaming'? And it feels like it plays a role in lucid dreaming, but I don't get the reason behind ADA, it doesn't feel useful, it only feels like i'm asking myself questions that don't really matter and I can't think of a deeper meaning behind it.
