Thread: sensations after lucid dreams

I know people talk about 'tingling' and 'vibrating' sensations in connexion with sleep paralysis etc, and this may be connected, but it's different because it happens *after* the sleep experience, actually after I wake up from a lucid dream, even a short one. I feel a sort of gentle tingling sensation in my head as though some unusual activity had happened in the brain. Slightly alarming really when I think about it, although the sensation itself is mild and not frightening at all. Does anyone else experience this?
