There could be a couple things wrong. Are you taking naps and/or using WBTB? If so, your continuous REM that is caused by the illusion of sleep debt (WBTB) may actually be suppressing your delta sleep. Another cause could be something psychological. How long do the lucid dreams last? Do you get FAs often? This could mean that you are simply 'overclocking' yourself... You are putting too many things into your attention and focussing too hard on lucid dreaming. When the fatigue strikes, do you feel that short-term memory is inhibited? And what is your frequency of LDs? |
