Overall awareness in non-lucid and lucid dreams always varies as well as the waking life memory that you regain in dream when becoming lucid. Though it sounds like you didn't regained much of memory and just went to do random stuff, i had the same problem in the past alot. To increase chances of regaining memory i would suggest writing/typing down your goals right before going to sleep and/or using them as mantra while falling asleep. |
