False memory while LD-ing - how to avoid it?

How to avoid/find out false memories while I am in lucid dream. Example: I am trying an oobe...I realize that everything is in correct with reality, but after I wake up, I realize that everything is different so It was just a LD. Another example: I am recapitulating LD (while Im still in LD) to train my dream memory, but of course everything is different again. I could continue with examples forever... So is there any method to solve this problem before I wake up? Thanks.

And sorry for my bad english

Usually for me when I dream and I suddenly wake up I instantly forget about everything.
When you know that your dream is about to end like when things start fading start telling yourself to wake up.
If you wake up because you did it would be harder to recall.
If you woke yourself up while in dream you would remember the dream for a split second. Try to find a word in your dream and say it again and again while grabbing your dream journal. Typing atleast a few words will trigger you to remember another thing and writing that thing will make you remember and so on.

Keeping a dream journal is key. I recently suffered a dream crisis and returning to my dream journal invigorated my dreams, again. So true; wake up, write it down and the memories will coalese into a narrative. The more you try the better it gets.

Not sure if there's an simple method to completely avoid false memories in dream, it all comes to practice, though i think if you train the indream recall of waking life memory it could reduce the chance of false memories happening or at least you might be able to recognize them.
