I just had an experience that changes everything. I was in my bed, thinking of WILDing, and how strange it would be to let your body fall asleep while your mind remains conscious. So I tried if I could make my body tired while keeping a clear mind. Well, it worked. Remarkably well. Literally within seconds, my breathing shallowed, and I began to feel strange. I could feel my eyes moving around, too. Then it started to tingle everywhere, very intensely. I knew this was supposed to happen, but since I didn't read up much on WILDing yet, I stopped there and woke myself up, before I saw any imagery. I did feel the sensation of losing touch with the real world, I started feeling my bed less and I sort of went into the blackness of my eyes. The ease with which this occured to me was baffling, isn't WILDing supposed to be the advanced technique?
I'll be reading any and all WILDing tutorials before I go to bed now... Not sure if I am going to try it though. It was kind of scary ('mild vibrations', yeah right...) and I'm all shaken up now...
