There are numerous methods of prolonging lucid dreams.
First and foremost, dream stabilization is a renowned technique used to ground yourself, and help ensure that your dreams are fulfilling and extensive.
Sometimes slowing down and concentrating in general, will not only provide you with a rewarding dream, but also a long one.
There are also last ditch efforts you can attempt if you feel yourself slipping away. Try spinning around in a circle, or shouting "TELEPORT"
Sometimes you'll land in a different dream land, and save your dream!
Although, sometimes they just slip away from you.
