Question Keeping ADA and no DILD

Hello guys, i am kinda starting to get depressed with this.
I make at least ADA 5 times a day and i do not have dreams where
I get a DILD. Is there something i'm doing wrong?

Are you performing RCs throughout the day? Is your dream recall good, and do you keep a dream journal?

ADA (or any other technique for that matter) is not a question of how many times a day you do it. You're building up an habit, and they take time. Besides, 5 a day is not a very noticeable amount, you want to do it as most as possible. Since the deal is not engage into a specific mental activity but rather simply relaxing and being aware, you can try to perform whenever you remember to.

All techniques take time, and everyone varies in terms of how long it takes to achieve a lucid. Goodluck!

Trying out MILD? This is how you become skilled at it.

^^^ What they said. I didn't have my first DILD till I calmed down a bit. Sometimes worrying too much or expecting too much can have a negative effect. Just keep doing what you're doing and enjoy the process. The dreams will come.

Your awareness should increase due to ADA, generally you will start noticing more smallest details when doing it in waking life and dreams will start getting more vivid as well, so if your awareness level is getting higher then you are doing it correctly, but as Zoth said, it might take some time to see results, so keep going with it.
