I've heard that trying to keep perfectly still while falling asleep, Ignoring sensations like itches and holding an image of where you'd like to go are good ways of becoming lucid. Although these haven't worked for me I'd like to know from you guys if these techniques are at all useful. Since I'm a beginner I'd also like to find out if there are any additional strategies to the DILD technique that work but aren't mentioned that you've tried. |
