-Break LD Dry Spell[*]
-Remember one object from a dream in complete detail []
-Completely stabilize a LD []
-First WILD []

The time depends on the amount of mental effort you put into it, so it varies a great deal. Since you are already a lucid dreamer, it shouldn't be that difficult or take very long to get better, unless of course you tell yourself that it will. If you focus on it consistently it should be a matter of a few days to a few weeks. |

Go back to the basics, "Lucid Dreaming is a 3 legged stool". All day awareness, dream recall, and meditation - Thats what I have been doing and I have been getting more and more successful! |
