      stability finally

After a year and a half of great LDs but only seconds long, the last 3 have been stable...minutes long and the last as vivid as RL. And had 3 in 6 days which is way above my one a week. I encourage those learning to stick with it! Worth it!

One interesting thing is that I entered the last 3 LDs each a different way. The first time I noticed a dream sign and went lucid. The second time I did a reality check and went lucid. The third time someone in the dream said something about this being a dream, and I realized I could then move myself rather than drifting in the dream fog I was in and I moved into the lucid dream. I think this must be similar to what WILD practitioners describe like stepping into the dream. I am doing DILD by the way.
