Keep practicing awareness and reality checks and it will be higher next time. I don't think there are 'levels of lucidity' though, i find that concept to be unnecessarily limiting and there are no limits in lucid dreams. |

i had another dild last night but it was at night time and was low level lucidity .i sleep too alert always like light sleep and last night i was in and out of sleep many times but everytime i did reality check o i had a dream in which i was in my bed i did reality check and yes i was lucid i stood up and started rubbing my hands then i stared at them but still low lucidity i mean i was aware that i am dreaming but not with full mind because i did'nt do anything which i planned for .i want to be full lucid i want full awareness in my dreams like i am sleeping in my bed and this is a dream and i can do anything .please give me tips on how to do that .how to think with my full mind in dreams? |
